Topnotchtrafficwizard pays members back a minimum
of between 5% on a regular membership upgrades,
between 7% on cash out gold membership on all ad packs
Adpacks on GOLD accounts will make 10% more before expiry
If a member is upgraded $3 unit they get paid
once the account reaches a dollar in history cash area
The more you upgrade the more you will earn surfing ads
All upgrades are for life
Platinum members get 10% payout before expiry of adpacks
All members remain upgraded for life
Cash out point is $10.00
must cash out at $10.00 anything over wont count
All accounts that are free and upgrade
for the first time gets a ptc ad for their free cash
Free ad packs and won ad packs lasts one cash out
Free members can get free upgrade on cash out.
One cash out only and than need to upgrade to earn

members here have kids and do work
as they watch thier children
and so we do not tolerate any such sites
Members are fully responcable for their own sites
Any members putting sex sites up will be deleted
Any sites put up with out credits will be deleted
Members get $5 cash for reporting profanity sites
If they can find them on the rotor to remove
Hit abuse report when you see one for $5 cash
Members sending sites to the rotor,
mush have credits on them or
the site will be deleted
Repeated sendings can disqualify members account
